  • Page 6 Disassembly Instructions ● With tool in the open position - thread one M6 rivnut onto the mandrel fully and threads should be to the base of the rivnut. ● Install a M6 rivnut into both holes circled on the upper front of the ROPS. You will compress the tool until the rivnut is fully compressed (doesn’t wobble) and then unthread the tool to remove from the rivnut.
  • Page 7 Disassembly Instructions ● Disconnect light bar from the connector. Using a 6mm Allen wrench, remove the two bolts securing the light bar and set light bar aside. ● Remove two M10x30mm bolts securing the light bar brackets using a 16mm socket and remove bracket from bottom side of roof.

    Installation Instructions ● Install the front brackets from the previous step using two M6x20mm bolts, two M6 washers and hand tighten into the rivnuts. ● Assemble one M6x18mm Bolt and one M6 washer under the head of the bolt. Install through the hole in the frame up through the front bracket.
  • Page 9 Installation Instructions ● Install the two rubber pads 60mm x 24mm (Medium) onto the smaller U brackets (centering them). Install the two rubber pads 70mm x 24mm (Long) onto the larger U brackets starting at the shorter end, (keeping in mind not to extend above the flat surface) working your way back toward the longer side of the bracket.
  • Page 10 Installation Instructions ● Grab a friend to help place the roof onto the vehicle. NOTE ○ Take note that wire harness goes to the inside of the ROPS. ● Install the two light bar brackets back on the roof with the two M10 x 30mm bolts with a 16mm socket.
  • Page 11 Installation Instructions ● Plug the light bar connector in. ● Install passenger and driver side U bracket around the ROPS with a 2.5mm Allen wrench. One side at a time - alternate between each M4 fastener until torqued. This will ensure even compression of the rubber pads.
  • Page 12 Installation Instructions ● Install the four rubber pads 30mm x 24mm (Small) to the roof in these locations below. ● Install the two rubber pads 60mm x 24mm (Medium) onto the smaller U brackets (centering them). Install the two rubber pads 70mm x 24mm (Long) onto the larger U brackets starting at the shorter end (keeping in mind not to extend above the flat surface)

Then Connect the wiring between the front and rear sections and slide the rear forward sandwiching the wiring in between the two roofs. ● Install passenger and driver side larger U bracket around the ROPS with a 2.5mm Allen wrench.

  • Page 16 Installation Instructions ● Using electrical tape secure the connectors along the pull cable, (so they don’t snag) while passing the harness down the ROPS. NOTE ○ Take note that the bottom hole is very tight to pass wiring through. ● Place harness into channel in the roof (between roof and ROPs) and secure it with a zip tie.
