Medeco VLT Electronic Keys and Locks – Instructions for Use
Quick Reference Guide
OVERVIEW
Medeco VLT Electronic Keys and Locks are programmable keys with enhanced security features used to open
your new VLT Electronic Locks. AGLC can disable the keys if they are lost or stolen. This Quick Reference Guide
will provide you with easy steps for using the keys. Please refer to the VLT Electronic Keys and Locks Operations
Manual for more detailed instructions. If you wish to watch a VLT Electronic Keys and Locks video, please
contact AGLC Hotline to obtain access to the link.
Downloading Your Program
Download the XT Key Client app (https://xt-can.ecylinderonline.com) on your computer

Contact AGLC Hotline at 1-800-561-4415 to obtain log in details
•
• Select Log On
• Select the blue Click to Download button near the top of the screen
• Double click or click open file on the set up.exe file. Your Medeco XT Key Client will download
Click Install when asked. The program will open automatically once installed

To configure the software, Select File in the top left-hand corner

Select Settings
•
Enter your log in information (previously obtained from AGLC Hotline), this information will be

saved, and you will not have to input it again
Select Apply

Click the DRIVERS link on the top ribbon and Select the VCP Driver

section in the chart on the bottom, right side
of the screen
Open/Run the file, following all screen instructions to install
