My lively has recently been replaced. Green solid light stated flashing. I pressed the test button and it started flashing yellow. I don’t know what to do.

    After a few moments, you will hear a tone and a voice prompt of “Welcome to Lively.” The service indicator on the back of the device will begin flashing green indicating that the device is turned on and ready to use.

    When possible, wear the Lively Mobile2 under your outer layer of clothing. Using a Fall Detection-enabled Lively Mobile2 without the fall detection lanyard is not recommended and will negatively impact the accuracy of Fall Detection.
