I am trying to connect my iPhone. Getting to PIN number and getting a message saying pin is incorrect even though it’s the one the unit tells me

To resolve the incorrect PIN issue when connecting your iPhone to the Kenwood DRV-A610W:

1. Make sure the dash cam is powered on and in Video mode or Wireless Link mode (not in Menu or Playback mode).
2. When the app asks for a PIN, use the default PIN: 671514.
3. If you previously set a custom PIN, enter the one you set instead of the default.
4. If the PIN is still incorrect, reset the settings through the SETUP MENU or restore defaults to return to the default PIN.

This should allow you to connect successfully.
