  • Page 3  Grease  Rubbing alcohol Your CSC FT750VC bicycle is delivered in a cardboard box as shown here. The FRONT of the box has the drawing of the bike/rider. Cut the straps. Pry open the top of the box. Be careful of the sharp staples.

  • Page 5 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Verify the contents of the “Tool Kit” box:  Battery Chargers (2)  Pedals  Headlight assembly  Package containing nuts, bolts, and washer hardware. In the bag is hardware for the light, fender, and floorboards. Spare hardware may be included. Using the box cutter, cut open the box as shown.
  • Page 6 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Remove the running-board package and set aside. Cut the zip-ties holding the front fender to the front tire. Remove the fender assembly and set aside. Cut the zip-ties holding the front wheel to the frame. Pro Tip: Careful when cutting not to damage the frame paint.
  • Page 7 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Get them all! Keep clipping! Remove the front wheel and set it aside. Rotate the bike out of the box and swing down the center stand. The bike will be stable.
  • Page 8 FT750VC Assembly Instructions The handlebar assembly is zip-tied to the frame and fork. Cut the zip-ties, be careful not to accidentally cut any of the control lines! Careful not to damage the paint. Carefully pull the handlebar assembly away and remove the bubble wrap from the bars.
  • Page 9 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Remove the bubble wrap from the handlebar stem. Using the 4mm hex key, remove the handlebar clamp from the stem. Position and center the handlebar in the stem and replace the clamp as shown here. Install all four handlebar clamp Allen bolts, and lightly tighten them.
  • Page 10 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Remove the bubble wrap from the front fender and headlight. Run the fender mounting bolt through the headlight, fender tab, and fork as shown. Install the washer and nut on the back side. Using the 5mm hex key and 10mm wrench, snug up the main fender mounting bolt.
  • Page 11 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Install the fender stay bolts as show. The nuts on the end are optional, as the fork lug is threaded. Using the 4mm hex key, tighten them down. Go back and, using the 5mm hex and 10mm wrench, tighten down the top fender bolt. Prep the front wheel by removing the protective end caps on the axle.
  • Page 12 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Remove the plastic spacer from the front disc brake caliper. Work the front wheel up into the fork drop-outs as shown. Pro Tip: Make sure the brake rotor is properly centered in the caliper brake pads. It should slip right in. Oil from your fingers will contaminate your brakes.
  • Page 13 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Make sure the axle is seated all the way up in the fork drop-outs. Using the 15mm wrench, tighten down the axle nuts. Unwrap the pedals and identify left and right. The LEFT pedal is marked “WL”. This is a LEFT hand thread, which means you’ll be turning it COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to install and tighten.
  • Page 14 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Using the 15mm wrench, install the pedals as shown. Unwrap the running boards. Using the phillips head screwdriver, remove the wood running board from the mounting frame.
  • Page 15 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Using a 5mm hex wrench and a 10mm wrench, install the 5mm Allen bolts, washers and nuts as shown but do not tighten until all the hardware is installed Washers and nuts go on the back-side as shown Install the running board frame rear mounting bolts.
  • Page 16 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Using the 5mm hex and 10mm wrench, go back and tighten ALL the running board bolts. Using the Philips head screwdriver, replace the wood running board on the mounting frame.
  • Page 17 FT750VC Assembly Instructions Your Vista Cruiser is now fully assembled. Pro Tip: Go around the entire bike and make sure ALL the nuts/bolts/screws are properly tightened. Inflate tires to 20psi, adjust accordingly for rider weight and terrain. Have fun and ride safe!

    1 year and for unlimited mileage from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable. Any part found to be defective during this period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CSC. Any part replaced under the warranty will be covered for the remaining period of the warranty. Any parts replaced under warranty must be returned to CSC and will become the property of CSC.
  • Page 19 14. The warranty does not cover electric bicycles for which the wrong lubricant has been used. 15. The warranty does not cover crash or accident damage. 16. Should a warranty claim become necessary, CSC will not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial losses, or other incidental or consequential damage.
