hi ,my name is fadi ,i **** aftersales manager in dubai ,working in renault and EV vehicles ,one of my customers have an XEV vehicle showing a message on the cluster (pull main battery switch under the seat )and the vehicle will not start if the battery % rich 50% ,note,the vehicle is only 450km
