About this guide This guide describes how to use the Poly Studio E60 system web interface to configure your camera’s settings. Audience, purpose, and required skills This guide is intended for beginning users, as well as intermediate and advanced users, who want to learn more about the web-based features available with their Poly Studio E60 camera.
Open the camera app on Windows and select the Poly Studio E60 camera. On the Poly remote control, press the Menu button. The Menu appears on top of the Poly Studio E60 video on the laptop screen. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to Network Info.
Enter the username (the default is admin). Enter the password (the default is the last six characters of your camera’s serial number). The Poly Studio E60 system web interface opens and prompts you to change your password. In the Change Admin Room Password window, enter the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.

Select Download Logs. A .txt file containing your device log information downloads. Reset your device Return your Poly Studio E60 device to the default settings to help resolve certain issues. Go to Diagnostics > Device Reset. Select Reset All Device Configurations.
