- Page 4 Assembly 1. Remove everything out of the box and place the mast onto the floor as shown. Remove all plastic wrap. 2A. If the gas spring lockout was ordered, it 2 2B will be shipped in the locked position. Pull the lock out and turn to unlock.
- Page 5 4. For the Supine and Prone units, place mast on end like shown in step 6, for the MPS and TT, depress the foot pedal and allow the mast post to come up to a vertical position. 5. Remove the bag of hardware from the wheelbase.
- Page 6 7A. Start all 4 bolts. Do not tighten at this time. 7B. Once all 4 bolts have been started, tighten them securely. Place unit onto its wheels and lock casters. 8. If the multi-adjustable knee pads or calf pads were ordered, loosen knobs on clamps and move up into position.
- Page 7 10. Tighten the lug on the side of the mast securely. 11. If the calf pad with knee strap was ordered, place the assembly onto the legs as shown. 12. Once the calf pad with knee strap is in position, tighten knobs securely. Page 4...
- Page 8 13. If the independent adjustable calf pads were ordered, loosen the ratchet handles on the clamps and position as shown. Insert Clamp the calf pads into the inside of the clamp. Tighten securely. 14. Insert multi-adjustable knee pads into the outside of the clamp. Tighten securely. 15.
- Page 9 16. If the multi-adjustable foot plates were ordered, place each foot plate onto the legs with the handles facing out. Tighten knobs securely. 17. If the hip supports were ordered, insert hip supports into the bracket behind the pelvic pad. Tighten securely with the knobs or set screw kit (600673).
