    DETACHING AND ATTACHING THE FRONT PANEL You can detach the front panel from the unit and carry it with you when you leave your car unattended. When you carry the front panel out of your car, use the supplied carrying case. Before detaching the front panel, remove the disc to prevent possible damage to the unit.

    SETTING THE CLOCK Press PWR to turn the unit on. Press and hold DISP for more than 2 seconds. Press TUNE 7 to set the hour. Press TUNE to set the minute. Press DISP. The clock starts working from O second. Havingthe clockdisplayedwhila the unit is turnedon Press DISP.

    To turnthe unit off Press PWR. Note The ‘ST” indicator lights up when the tuned-in station is broadcasting in stereo and the reception is good. PRESETTING STATIONS Press PWR to turn the unit on. Press BAND to select s desired bsnd from among FMI, FM2, FM3, AMI, and AM2.
  • Page 8 PRESETTING STATIONS You can manually preset stations that have not been selected by auto memory. Press PWR to turn the unit on. Press BAND to select the band from among FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, and AM2. Tune in the etation that you wish to preset with TUNE 7 or TUNE A.

    MY INFORMATION SWITCH You can timer-activate the radio for a daily radio program. The unit turnson and off in Radio mode at the preset time automatically. 2,4,7 With the unit off, press and hold MY INFO for more than 2 seconds. The “PO indication flashes in the display window.

    MY INFORMATION SWITCH BAND With the unit on, press MY INFO. The “MY INFO indicator lights up and the timer is activated. To cancelthe timer Press MY INFO again so that the “MY INFO indicator disappears. To checkthe setting With the unit off, press MY INFO. The turn-on time, followed by the radio frequency and the turn-off time, appears in the display window each for 1 second, then the unit turns off.
  • Page 11 INTREP1 Press these buttons to operate CD play. Press lEiect adisc. Pause play. The elapsed playing time flashes. To resume play, press CD again. Skip to the next track with a short press (for less than 0.5 second). Each extra press skips forward one extra track.

    SOUNDADJUSTMENTS H-BASS MUTE Prees PWR to turn the unit on. Press SEL to select the mode that you wish to adjust from: VOL (volume), BAS (bass), TRE(treble), BAL(balance), FAD (fader). The following indicators appear in cyclic order. ~m+m+m+m+m The selected mode switches to Volume mode if you do not proceed with step 3 within 5 seconds.

    DESMONTAJE E INSTALACION DEL PANEL DELANTERO Se puede desmontar el panel delantero aparato y Ilevarlo consigo cuando se deja el coche estacionado sin vigilancia.
