Page 10
Regardless of whether you use a prepaid or contract card, please make sure that the phone number is included! Compact 4P LTE only serves its purpose if the user is recognized by their phone number. If the phone number is not sent, remove the suppression of the phone number (also in a normal cell phone). If this does not work, contact your network provider to have the cell phone number transmitted.

The device then searches for the mobile network. This usually takes around 10 - 20 seconds, but can be longer if reception is weak.
Configuration via SMS Structure of SMS commands We send SMS commands from any phone to the SIM card in the Compact 4 device. The SMS commands for programming the device are structured according to the following scheme: <…> <AKTION> < FUNCTION > <PARAMETER1>...
Page 14
Example: TEL1 0049123456789 #1513 (DISTANCE) (DISTANCE) (DISTANCE) (DISTANCE) Meaning: The telephone number 0049123456789 is saved in the phone book as an ALARM for sending SMS. Without “#PIN” at the end of the SMS, it will be discarded and no reply SMS will be generated! The individual words and parameters must each be separated by a space.
9. Using the SMS configuration program Configuration program via SMS for Compact devices – works on devices with Android versions 7 – 13. The application can be downloaded from the server by entering the website address Scan with the QR code with your smartphone. Application name Compact.apk, version 1.0 You can also download the application by entering the website address: http://tsl.webd.pro/download/Compact.apk After you have downloaded the application, install it on the smartphone.
SET PIN 1111 #1513 If this SMS was written correctly, you will now receive a confirmation via SMS from the Compact 4P LTE to your cell phone from which you sent the SMS command. If the text was incorrect, you will receive an SMS with the error message: “Command format incorrect”.
Programming of telephone numbers You can save six phone numbers that will be notified in the event of an emergency, via SMS and/or call. In any case, at least one SMS notification must be selected so that the GPS coordinates can be transmitted. By the way, you can have the same phone number notified via SMS as well as a call.
Check saved phone numbers: SMS command: TEST TEL #1513 Choice of alarm type There is an option to choose two alarm types for the “PANIC” and “ALARM” functions: MODE 1: The device calls all telephone numbers programmed for the “PANIC” or “ALARM” function until each of these numbers answers the call.
Deleting the status query: SMS command: RESET STATUS INTERVAL #1513 Programming the sensors (MOVE, VOICE, VIBRA) Compact 4P LTE is equipped with three sensors, i.e. a motion sensor, a sound sensor and a shock sensor, which can work separately or all at once.
Page 20
Motion sensor activation: SMS command:: SET MOVE X #1513 Meaning: X - Select sensitivity range between 1 and 10. SET MOVE 5 #1513 Example: Deactivation of the motion sensor - SMS command: RESET MOVE #1513 Activation of the noise sensor: SMS command: SET VOICE X #1513 Meaning: X - Select sensitivity range between 1 and 10.
Page 21
Change alarm text. With these commands you can define the alarm text of the respective sensors yourself: motion sensor : SMS command: SET MOVE TEXT < new alarm text > #1513 SET MOVE TEXT Der Bewegungssensor #1513 Example: Set default text: SMS command: RESET MOVE TEXT #1513 ...
Alarm mode / security mode (button 2) You can activate alarm mode in three different ways: You can turn alarm mode on/off by pressing button 2 (blue). Activate via remote control: Right button – emergency call Left button - alarm activation/deactivation You leave the room and press the left alarm button on the remote control.

Example: Renaming the Compact 4P LTE to „NEWNAME“: SET NAME NEWNAME #1513 Restore default names – SMS command: RESET NAME #1513 Setting the language (“Language” command) With this command you can set the language of the device.
Setting the time and date The product offers time and date setting. When the time and date are set, the day of the week is automatically calculated. This saves the exact time and date when the SMS was created in the SMS; regardless of when the SMS was sent or received.
Technischer Alarm (2): GSM Netzempfang ist zu schwach (Empfang bei X %) The X stands for the reception power. In such cases, it is advisable to speak to the Compact 4P LTE user and ask them to move back to an area with better GSM reception.
Page 27
RESET GSMALARM #1513 GPS reception alarm If GPS reception drops to a critical value, Compact 4P LTE sends a GPS alarm message with the following text to the stored SMS phone numbers: Technischer Alarm (3): GPS Signal ist zu schwach (Sat: X) The X stands for the number of satellites found.
RESET GPSALARM #1513 • Sensor alarm If there is a defect in the sensor, Compact 4P LTE sends a sensor alarm message with the following text to the stored SMS phone numbers: Technischer Alarm (4): Sensor defekt / ohne Funktion In the event of a sensor alarm, the user is no longer monitored.
SMS command: SET IDLEALARM <Zeit> #1513 Meaning: <Time> can be set between 1 and 240 minutes. Example: Time setting in 15 minutes SET IDLEALARM 15 #1513 Important: During this period you will not be informed whether the reason for the alarm has changed again. You must pay attention to the fact that you have to control the parameter yourself during this time.
Page 30
If you had a previous model of the device - Compact2 - and are used to setting the active alarm time, you can change the setting. SMS command: HOLDALARM = active (as with Compact 2) SET TIMEACTIVE #1513 SMS command: HOLDALARM = inactive SET TIMEINACTIVE #1513 With the HOLDALARM command you can define a period of time per day in which the predefined mode should function.
Page 31

• RELAY command Using the RELAY command we can control the external contact in Compact 4P LTE (Jack), to which, for example, a SI- 136 siren can be connected. The siren is activated when the Compact 4P LTE device detects movement, sound or vibration. The user can determine the time for how long the siren should be active during the alarm.
Page 35
Meaning: XX - NO or NC (NC – normally closed; NO – normally open). <Time> The range of time is from 1 to 3600 seconds. Example: The above command causes the Compact 4P LTE device to trigger an alarm if the external sensor is closed for more than 60 seconds.
Page 36

The linked OpenStreetMap.org website requires a current Internet browser to display and control the map material. Therefore, a smartphone is required here. Both variants require an internet connection via your cell phone. Energy saving mode (GPSSAVE) When the device is connected to an external power source, the current location is checked every second. To save energy when running on battery power, the GPS receiver switches off automatically and is only activated once an hour.
Longitude 1 = left border (west) Longitude 2 = right border (east direction) The GPS coordinates for Compact 4P LTE are given in degrees and minutes with six decimal places. Data entry is possible in a range from xx.000000° to xx.999999°.
