Hi there, my tailgate won't lock on the haval jolion, when I use the remote to lock the doors or the tailgate icon on the remote, the tailgate is always unlocked. What could the issue be? I just got the new car 2 days ago.

The tailgate of a HAVAL Jolion 2024 may not lock when using the remote due to the anti-misoperation lock feature. If the power supply mode and the state of all the doors and the tailgate do not change within 30 seconds after unlocking the vehicle (except with the mechanical key), the system will automatically lock the doors and tailgate. Additionally, check if the child safety lock or an emergency opening device has been activated, which might prevent proper locking. If the issue persists, verify the remote's battery or consult the user manual for troubleshooting.
