PREPARTION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are presented. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. -

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Slide the Base Cover (H) over the Post (A1/A2), then attach the Base Plate (G) to the Posts (A1/A2) with Bolts (AA) and washers (EE). Tighten with. A1 A2 wrench (JJ).
