    3.0 MAINTENANCE Replace separator/filter element yearly or more often if pressure drop across the dryer is excessive. DRYER IS A PRESSURE CONTAINING DEVICE. Shut-off compressed air supply to the dryer and DEPRESSURIZE AND TURN OFF POWER TO THE DRYER BEFORE depressurize.
  • Page 7 Automatic condensate drain After making sure that O-ring and wave spring inside top of bowl are in place, reassemble bowl to head. • Check daily to be sure automatic drain is discharging. NOTE: Make certain O-ring is generously lubricated • Replace drain mechanism yearly. NOTE: Wave spring ends should be pointed down to prevent Shut-off compressed air supply to the dryer and the wave spring from interfering with reassembly.
