Intended Use
These items are suitable for domestic use only.
The step has front and side safety rails for extra support, stability
and confidence. The side rails are complemented by oversized W38xD26cm
non-slip rubber trim steps and an extra high front safety rail which reaches
61cm above the top step for extra support.
Maximum user weight: 150kg (23 stone)
Before Use
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using knives or other sharp instruments as
this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for visible damage. If you see any damage or suspect a fault do
not use your product and contact your supplier for support.
Important Safety Instructions
When using the step, basic precautions should always be followed.
• Read this manual carefully, ensuring that all instructions are fully
understood prior to use. Retain manual for future reference.
• Inspect all parts prior to use, do not use if any sign of damage is seen.
• Ensure that all screws are fixed securely.
• Floors should be clean, level and not slippery.
• Do not overreach; move ladder to a more suitable position.
• Do not exceed the maximum user weight: 150kg (23 stone).
• Never work sideways.
• Wear flat, firm soled shoes. Never work in high heels, bare feet or
slippers.
• Check that there are no overhead hazards near where you are going to
work.
• The steps should be used by only one person at any one time.
• Always have both feet on a step.
• Take care when mounting and dismounting. Always face the ladder.
• Not suitable for use by children.
• Do not put items on steps where they could fall or cause injury.
• This step is suitable for household use only.
• Remove from use should any damage be identified, do not attempt to
repair as this may cause injury.
