STEP 4 Lock the Console (132) to Upper Console mast (4) with four Cross screw M5*15 (81) Insert the Key board extension wire (128), Console upper extension wire (118), Emergency switch lower wire 1 (122), into the corresponding port of Socket board (12) (As shown in figure A,B).

STEP 5 Hold the Console (132) and Upper Mast set carefully, connect the Console upper extension wire (118) to the Console lower extension wire (119) . Attach the Console mast (4) to the Lower Console mast (5) with four M10*20 Hex socket screws (74) and four Lock washer Φ10*1.2 (102).

STEP 6 Pass the Key Board Lower Wire (129a) on left Handrail (3L) through the open D and out of hole C on right Handrail (3R), then insert the left Handrail (3L) into the right Handrail (3R). WARNING: (Please be careful not to clip the wires when putting the tube together).

Align the hole of G and Upright tube left/right(2L/R) position, then press the G of the Handrails left/ right (3L/R) down Upright tube, Attach Handrails(3L/R) and Upright tube (2L/R) with six Hex socket screw M10*20 (74) and six Lock washer Φ10*1.2 (102).

STEP 8 Lock all the sixteen M10*20 Hex socket screws (74) and the four M10*30 Hex socket screws (73) that are not locked tightly in the previous assembly steps. Clip the snap joint at H of Decorative cover (49L/R) into Protective cover (44L/R), and then press the snap joint at K of Decorative cover (49L/R) to Protective cover (44L/R).

STEP 9 Put the Exterior Decorative Cover (41L/41R) onto the outside of Handrail (3L/R) and Upright Tube (2L/R) joint, lock with two cross tapping screws (89). Put the Interior Decorative Cover (42L/42R) from the other side and lock them together with two ST4*16 Cross tapping screws (89) respectively.

STEP 10 Lock the Bottle/Phone Holder (40) onto the Lower Console mast (5) with two Hex socket cap screw M6*25 (79). Put the Console mast decorative cover (55) apart with hands and then cover it into the Lower Console mast (5).
MOVING THE STEPR Screw the two transport handles (131) into the main frame (1) when moving the STEPR. After completing the movement, unscrew the transport handles (131) and store them for future use. WARNING: This equipment is heavy. Exercise caution and seek additional assistance if needed when moving it.
