Remove the locking ring out of inner barrel, make the O-ring at proper position, then put focus lens in and fit the ring, rotate the locking ring to tighten the lens 3. Fit back the inner barrel, out barrel, please note the connecting face direction when doing this.

Find the locking hole by side, lose it first 2. Insert Allen wrench into the knob hole, rotate for up/down, rotate clockwise to reduce distance, rotate counterclockwise to increase, till you get proper distance 3.
