Step 4: Open the EVSE as shown in figure to do wiring installation. Unscrew four Sabotage-proof hexalobu- lar socket screws on the left cover of the EVSE by a screwdriver, and pull the hook to remove the cover from the EVSE.

Step 5: Connect the Ethernet cable as shown in the figure. Unscrew the waterproof connector under the EVSE, insert the Ethernet cable into the EVSE through the middle inlet hole, and plug it into the Ethernet socket. Finally, tighten the waterproof connector with the monkey wrench to ensure that the cable cannot be pulled out.

Step 6: Connect the AC input cable as shown in the figure. Unscrew the waterproof connector under the EVSE, insert the incoming wire into the EVSE and connect the cable connector to the terminal block accord- ing to the screen printing. Tighten the screw of the terminal block with a tool to clamp the incoming cable. Finally, tighten the waterproof connector with the monkey wrench to ensure that the incoming cable cannot be pulled out.

Step 7: Follow the process of step 4 reversely to close the EVSE. Step 8: Put the connector into a fixed position on the right of the EVSE. After the power is on, the LED will light up, and the installation will be completed. If there is an abnormal state, please solve it in time according to the trouble-shooting table (Refer to section 7).

Step 4: Use four M4*10 hexalobular socket screw set to fix the wall-mounted template on the pedestal and hang the charger on it, then fix it with the hexalobular socket screw set (M4*10)as shown in the follow figures.

5. Charging procedure 5.1 Charging procedure (EVSE with display) 5.1.1 Connect to the connector 1)Take the charger cable from the enclosure or the hanger installed on the pedestal and connect to the EV. 2)After the connector is inserted correctly, the EVSE will be ready to charge. 5.1.2 Standby screen 1)The display shows the standby screen as shown in the figure when the EVSE is in the idle status 2)The lights on the enclosure turn from dark to green, as shown in the figure below.

5.1.3 Prepare to charge screen Authorize the use of EVSE by RFID card,password and operator APP. 5.1.4 Start to charge screen 1)The interface jumps to the charging information screen when the EVSE starts to charge, as shown in the figure below. 2)During the charging session, the lights on the enclosure turn from green to blue, as shown in the figure below.

5.1.5 Stop charging screen 1)During the charging session, using the RFID card, password and operator app can stop the EVSE from charging. When fully charged, the EVSE will automatically stop charging. In an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button will cut off the power. 2)When the charging cycle is completed, the display will be as shown in the figure below.

5.2 Charging procedure (EVSE without display) 5.2.1 Connect to the connector 1)Take out the connector from the enclosure or the hanger installed on the pedestal and connect it to the EV. 2)After the connector is plugged in correctly, the EVSE will be ready to charge. 5.2.2 Start to charge There are two ways to charge which depends on customer requirement.

Maintenance and cleaning 6.1 Maintenance and cleaning 1)Please do a visual check for damage on the cabinet cover, outlets, cables and connectors at each use. 2)Please do a visual check for damage on the display at each use. 3)Please use low-pressure water to clean the enclosure of the EVSE every four months. In case of stubborn dirt, please apply a cleaning agent and clean it manually.
