Reasonable care and safe methods in according with sound plumbing practices should be strictly adhered to. Before installation, refer to and understand all relevant local plumbing and electrical codes.

Page 5: High Water Float Switch
Smart Outlet 2.0 Monitors any connected 120VAC pump. Monitoring data is accessible within the PumpSpy app on iOS and Android devices. High Water Float Switch Activates when there is a high water level within the sump basin. Includes hardware to mount to a discharge pipe. - Page 6 2. Unplug your sump pump and any other cords from the AC wall outlet. 3. Plug the Smart Outlet 2.0 into the AC wall outlet. Secure the Smart Outlet 2.0 to the AC wall outlet with the included mounting screw if desired.
- Page 7 ATTENTION To put the PumpSpy Smart Outlet 2.0 in WiFi setup mode, the recessed WiFi setup button within the spyglass of the PumpSpy icon should be pressed with the included tool for 3-5 seconds. When done correctly, the Status Indicator LED will turn amber.

STATUS INDICATOR LED The PumpSpy Smart Outlet 2.0 contains a Status Indicator LED ring around the top outlet receptacle. The color of the Status Indicator LED can be Solid Green, Solid Amber, Solid Red, or Blinking Red. Each color has a specific meaning. -

ALERTS The PumpSpy Smart Outlet 2.0 will monitor the connected pump and send alerts when problems arise. High Water This alert is triggered when the High Water Float Switch is activated. Inspect the pump for proper operation. Excess Runtime The monitored pump has been running more than 5 minutes. - Page 10 COMPLIANCE This device complies with part 15 of the FCC and Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
