Why is water coming out of the Aroma Box and there is no steam being generated.

Water could leak from the Aroma Box and prevent steam generation if essential oils or other liquids are added directly into the water tank or sink instead of the aroma pad. This can damage the humidifier and cause leaks. Steam generation may also stop if the water is insufficient or if the atomizer plate is dirty, the air inlet is blocked, or the water pump is not functioning properly.
