  • Page 8 STEP 1 Fix figure of 8 pin to one end of axle shaft, using the holes at either end of the axle. STEP 2 Place axle shaft on to one of the fork uprights making sure the pin is on the same side as the hand screw on the upright.

  • Page 10 STEP 1 Place frame (E) on the ground with fork lugs facing up. STEP 2 Position wheel assembly (A) on frame (E) locating axle uprights onto wheel fork lugs on frame.
  • Page 11 STEP 3 Ensure the axle forks slide easily onto the frame lugs and wheel rotates freely. Lock the wheel assembly in place by tightening the two hand screws (F) on the forks. STEP 4 Ensure the wheel rotates freely. The aim is to achieve a free running wheel with as little sideways movement as possible.

  • Page 13 STEP 1 Ensure the rear leg locking pin locates into the corrosponding hole in the side of the frame. There is one locking pin on the leg assembly. STEP 2 Attach rear leg bar (H ) to frame using the M6 bolts, nuts and washers.
  • Page 14 STEP 4 Turn the barrow over so it is standing on the rear legs and wheel. STEP 5 Place the handles (D) in the frame tubes as shown and tighten hand screws (F) to lock in place...
  • Page 15 STEP 8 Fit the front bar (B)into the frame tubes at the front of the barrow once at desired position tighten both hand screws (F) to lock in place.

  • Page 17 STEP 2 Place drop-in bag (G) into Porter-Lite frame as shown, ensure the support frame inside the Velcro flaps locate in the bag retaining channel on the frame.
  • Page 18 STEP 3 Once the bag is positioned correctly use the clips to secure the bag in place. STEP 4 Finally check all hand screws are tightened correctly, the wheel is inflated to the correct pressure of 25 psi the bolts and nuts on rear legs are tight and both pins on the wheel assembly are fitted correctly.
