PERFECTA handcuffs are intended for safe temporary restraining and transport of a suspect.

MAINTENANCE:
Store the handcuffs in a dry and clean place. Protect handcuffs from any dirt. Dust and dirt
may cause malfunctions of the handcuffs. Peri-odically clean your handcuffs and lubricate with
a few drops of oil onto the locking mechanism, ratchet and double-lock mechanism at the side
of the cheek. Periodically inspect the handcuffs to ensure their proper function when needed.

- Page 2 HANDCUFFING A SUSPECT: Place the jaw of the handcuff against the suspect’s wrist and press the jaw into the cheek to tighten the cuff against the skin. Be careful that the skin is not pinched in the jaws and that blood circulation is not impeded.
