GETTING STARTED

  1. Remove all packaging.
  2. Remove the adhesive tapes between the tank and base.[Figure 1.1]
  3. Take the water tank off of the base, remove the tape on the float. [Figure 1.2]
  4. Choose a flat, hard location for the humidifier at least 6in/15cm away from any walls. The surface must be water-resistant. [Figure 1.3]

  5. Rotate the nozzle to keep mist directed away from any walls, furniture, bedding and appliances.[Figure 1.4]

Note: DO NOT place the humidifier on the towels, carpets, rugs, or any surfaces with fibers. This may block the air inlet at the bottom of the humidifier and cause malfunctioning. [Figure 1.5]
GETTING STARTED - Placing the unit

Filling and Refilling

  1. Take out the water tank cover by holding the nozzle and pulling upward.
  2. Fill the water tank with cold water. We recommend using purified water. Avoid using tap water, because the mineral content is too high and will create white dust around the humidifier.
  3. Make sure the water tank is properly placed on the base.
  4. Place the water tank cover back on the tank. Make sure the nozzle align with the mist tube.
  5. Wipe off any excess water on the tank and base.

Note:

  • Do not fill with hot water or other liquids.
  • Do not add water through the mist tube, or the inner chamber.
  • Do not add essential oils into the water tank or base chamber. Please add through AROMA BOX. [See below]

Using The Aroma Box

Your humidifier can be used for aroma therapy. FoIow the below instructions to add essential oil.

  1. Gently push the aroma box at the back of the base and pull it out.[Figure 3.1]

  2. Put 10-15 drops of essential oil on the aroma pad. [Figure 3.2]

  3. Replace the aroma box into the humidifier.

Note:

  • The aroma is intended to be light. This humidifier is not an aroma diffuser.
  • For best results, we recommend using pure essential oil.
  • The aroma pads can be cleaned and reused after diffusing essential oils.

OPERATING YOUR DEVICE

Turn On The Unit

Please filling the tank before turning humidifier ON. If there is no water in the tank, no water indicator will appear on the dispay, and the humidifier will turn off.

  1. Plug in the humidifier. All indicators will light on for 1 second.
  2. Press to turn on the humidifier. The humidifier will start on the medium mist level.
  3. Press repeatedy to choose your desired mist level: low, medium or high.
  4. Rotate the nozzle to adjust the direction of the mist. Keep the mist directly away from walls, furniture, bedding and appliance.
  5. Optionally, you can choose Auto Mode, Sleep Mode, Timer or Night light. Please see the detail instructions in the following sections.

Auto Mode

The Auto Mode will maintain the room humidity at a comfortable level as your needed.

  • Press button repeatedly to choose a RH percentage between 40% and 80%. Once a RH percentage is selected, the humidity percentage indicator will flash 5 times and then start Auto Mode. Humidifier automatically produce mist based on room humidity level.
  • When the humidity percentage of the environment reaches the set RH percentage, it will automatically stop misting. when the humidity drops to 5% below the set level, It will start misting again.

Note:
Changing the mist level while in Auto Mode will cancel the Auto Mode function.

Timer Setting

  • Press repeatedly to choose a time setting between 1 hour to 16 hours.
  • Once a time was set, the timer will start. The humidifier will automatically power off once the timer is finish.

Night Light

The humidifier features a night light. You can press button to turn it on/off.

Intelligent Sleep Mode

Intelligent Sleep Mode uses a humidity sensor to automaticaly adjust the mist level to maintain a 50% - 60% relative humidity (RH) while you sleep. It won't bother you at night with beeping or bright lights.

  • Press button to start Sleep Mode.
  • Optionally, press button a second time to activate the control panel, then press button to set timer or press button turn on/off the night light if need.
  • Optionally, press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off all displays.
  • When the control panel is light on, press button can exit sleep mode.

Display Off Mode

Display Off Mode allows you to set mist level or relative humidity level to suit your personal needed, turn off all display lights.

  • First, press button repeatedly to choose your desired mist level or press button to set a target humidity level.
  • Then, press and hold button for 3 seconds to enter display off mode.
  • To exit, press any button.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Note:

  • All maintenance should be done in the kitchen or bathroom on a water resistant surface near a faucet.
  • DO NOT wash any components of this humidifier in the dishwasher.
  • If not usingthe humidifier for 1 week or longer, do not leave water inside. Clean and dry the humidifier instead.
  1. Turn off and unplug the humidifier.
  2. Remove water tank from base. Empty water from water tank and base.
  3. Add 2 3 cups of white vinegar to water tank. Replace the tank cover and swish the vinegar around the tank.
  4. Place water tank on base. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove the water tank from base, pour out any vinegar solution. Use the soft cloth and the cleaning brush to clean all parts. [Figure 5.1]
  6. Rinsethe tank, tank cover and base chamber with room temperature water.
  7. Remove the water filter from the tank by rotating it counterclockwise and rinse it. [Figure 5.2]
  8. Flipthe water tank over. Remove the noise silencer by pressing the release tab and gently pulling it off. [Figure 5.3]
  9. Remove the float from the base chamber by pulling the shaft out from the float brackets and rinse it.
    Note: One side of the brackets is open to allow removal and installation. [Figure 5.4]
  10. Rinse all parts until any vinegar smell is completely gone.
  11. Dry all parts with a cloth. Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems Actions/Solutions

The device doesn't turn on

Make sure the plug is securely inserted into the outlet
Insert the plug into a different outlet for checking
Fillthe water tank and placed properly onto the base

Little or no mist comes out

Please check if too much water in the base chamber. Make sure the water level in the base chamber not exceed the MAX line
Please check the air inlet on the bottom of the base is not blocked. The humidifier should not be set on carpet or other surfaces that may block the air inlet
The water temperature may be too low. Turn on the humidifier and let it run for a while, then adjust to the desired setting

The device uses water too quickly

If the room humidity level is too low, the humidifier will run out of water faster

The unit makes a loud noise

Set mist level to a lower setting
Check if the noise silencer is installed properly.

White dust appears around the unit

Clean the humidifier
Please use purified or distilled water to fill the humidifier. Avoid using water with high mineral content

Water leaks from
the the unit

Make sure to place the humidifier on aflat, level surface
Make sure the silicone sealing ring around the water outlet valve is secure
Wipe any excess water off the top and bottom of the base
Do not shake the humidifier.
Do not remove the water tank from base when it is full
Avoid running the humidifier in a room with over 65% relative humidity

Condensation forms around the device or windows

Humidity may be too high. Turn down the mist level, turn off the humidifier, or open a door or window to the room

Mold grows inside the device

Clean the water tank and base chamber regularly

Essential oil has little or no smell

Add more essential oil. For best results, use pure essential oil

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or other injury, when using your humidifiers, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Read all instructions before using.

  1. Place the humidifier on a dry, flat, stable surface. Do not place the humidifier directly on carpets or rugs.
  2. Place the humidifier and cord so that the humidifier will not be knock over.
  3. Do not place the humidifier on or near heat sources such as radiators, heated ovens, etc.
  4. Close supervision is necessary when the humidifier is used by or near children
  5. Do not fill the water tank above the MAX level.
  6. Only fill the tank with cold and clean water. Never fill the humidifier with other liquids.
  7. Do not add essential oils or other foreign objects into the water tank or base chamber.
  8. Do not cover the nozzle while the humidifier is on.
  9. Do not attempt to inhale the mist directly from nozzle.
  10. Always unplug the humidifier when it is not being used and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning.
  11. Do not immerse cord, plug, or basein water or other liquids.
  12. Do not use the humidifier for other than intended use.
  13. Do not use the humidifier if it is malfunctioning, or if any part, including the base, water tank, cord, or plug, is damaged in any way. Do not try to repair it. Contact Consumer Support.
