- On/Off Button
- Turns the kettle on/off
- Press and hold for 5 seconds to turn on/off the beep sounds
- Tea Button
- Set the kettle to presets, the ideal temperature for tea
- Set the kettle from 104°F to 212°F to serve other drinks
- Coffee Button
- Set the kettle to presets, the ideal temperature for coffee
- Set your preferred temperature between 190°F - 205°F to suit your personal taste

BEFORE FIRST USE
Water Test
- Set the base on a dry, flat, steady surface. Plug cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Fill the kettle with water to the "MAX" line, then put the lid on the [See Figure 2] kettle with vent holes facing towards handle and place kettle [See Figure 3] back on its base.

- Press
to turn on the kettle, then press
to choose 212F, the maximum temperature setting. The display will flash 4 times and the kettle will start heating up the water. - The kettle will automatically turn off once it has finished boiling the water. Allow it to cool, then pour out the water. Rinse thoroughly 2–3 times with cold water.
- Do not drink the water that is boiled during this test.
Boiling Water
Note:
- The gooseneck kettle has 7 presets, perfect for making tea and coffee. It also features a customisable temperature setting to suit your personal taste (See Manually Setting Brewing Temperature).
- Always use filtered water for perfect pour over brewing
- Add at least ½ cup / 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the "MAX" line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.
- Put the lid on the kettle with vent holes facing towards handle. Place kettle back on the power base.
- Press
to turn on the kettle. All buttons and the display will light up. - Press
button and continue to press it to choose a preset temperature setting for brewing tea. There are 5 recommended temperature presets for optimal brewing of Delicate Tea (160°F), Green Tea (175°F), White Tea (185°F), Oolong Tea (195°F), Herbal and Black Tea (212°F). [See Figure 4].
Or, press
button and continue to press it choose a preset temperature setting for brewing coffee. There are 2 recommended temperature presets for optimal brewing of Pour Over (205°F) and French Press (200°F) [See Figure 5].

- You can only select 1 preset at a time. Once the preset was selected, the button will flash 4 times, and the kettle will start heating up the water. The Heat Icon
will display on.

- Press the preset button again at any time before the kettle is finished heating. This will turn on Hold Temperature mode, which will automatically keep the kettle at the same temperature for 60 minutes after heating is finished. The Hold Icon
will appear on the display.

- Once the water reaches your selected temperature, the kettle will beep 3 times and stop heating. The Heat Icon
will disappear.
- To manually interrupt the heating process, press the
button at any time.
Note:
- If you take the kettle off the base while heating or Holding, all buttons will flash, and the kettle will pause working. If you put the kettle back within 60 seconds, it will resume working. After 60 seconds, the kettle will turn off.
- If the kettle is heating without water in it, a boil-dry protection device will automatically turn it OFF. [See boil-dry protection explanation.]

Note: You can custom your preferred temperature to suit your personal taste by following the below setting.
Manually Setting Brewing Temperature
- Press
or
button to choose a preset temperature. The last temperature set point flashes on the display. - Press
or
button to select your preferred temperature. Press once to decrease or increase the temperature by one degree. Hold the button for 2 seconds to activate faster scrolling decrements or Increments. - Once the display stops flashing the temperature is set and the kettle will start heating up to the set point.
- The custom temperature range for Tea Button
is from 104°F to 212°F, and for Coffee Button
is from 190°F to 205°F. - Once you have set the temperature set point, it is stored in memory and will be recalled whenever you turn on the kettle. There is no need to set the temperature every time unless you want to change the set point.
High Altitude Users
At higher elevations, water boils at a lower temperature. Please check your local altitude and the corresponding boiling point of the water, and then set the maximum temperature of your kettle below the boiling point. For example:

Warming:
Setting the temperature above the boiling point is not recommended, there is a risk that boiling water may be ejected and damage the kettle.
Boil-Dry Protection
Your kettle is equipped with boil-dry protection. If you start heating without water in the kettle, the heat will automatically shut off and controls will be disabled.
If an error code "E1" is appeared on the display and all buttons blink and the kettle beeps. Please take the kettle off the base. Allow the kettle to cool and add more water before using again.
Turn On/Off Always Hold Temperature

Simultaneously press and hold the tea icon and coffee icon [ See Figure 6 ] until you see the HoLD and icon appear on the display, means the Always Hold Temperature Mode was turned on. If only see a HoLd icon without, means the Always Hold Temperature Mode is off. [See Figure 7]
When Always Hold Temperature is on, Hold Temperature Mode will automatically turn on whenever you select a temperature preset.
If you don't need the Hold Temperature Mode for this brewing, you can press the preset button again to cancel it for once.
Temperature Conversion

The temperature reading on the kettle is preset to Fahrenheit but can be converted to Celsius.
Simultaneously press and hold the increase icon and decrease icon for 3 seconds to [See Figure 8] convert "°F" to "°C".
Turn On/Off The Beep Sound

Press and Hold the On/off button [See Figure 9] until you see the icon b-ON or bOFF appear on the display [See Figure 10]. The Icon b-ON means the beeps is on and the icon bOFF means the beeps was turned off.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool before cleaning
- Wipe the kettle and base with a soft, damp cloth.
- Dry the kettle and the base thoroughly after cleaning
Note: Never immerse kettle or power base in water
Descaling
Scale is a naturally occurring buildup of mineral deposits caused by impurities in water or use of hard water. You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently. Regular descaling will increase the service life of the kettle, allowing it to boil water faster with less energy.
- Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool, pour out all water.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of half white vinegar and half water to the "MAX" marking
- Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes. Boil the mixture.
- Pour out the mixture, then wipe off any remaining scale with a non-abrasive cloth, sponge, or cleaning brush.
- Repeat as needed.
- Empty Kettle and rinse with fresh water. Let dry thoroughly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Questions | Explanation/Solutions |
The device will not turn ON | - Make sure the plug is securely inserted into the outlet
- Insert the plug into a different outlet for checking
- Reset the circuit breaker if necessary
- Check if there is foreign between the kettle and base

The unit is taking longer than usual to boil | - You added more water than usual or used ice water.
- The lid of the kettle is not placed properly.
- Plug the kettle into an independent outlet.
- The kettle has a limescale problem. Please follow the instruction of Descaling to descale.

There are yellow mark or rust dots on the heating plate | - The yellow mark or rust dots are caused by the limescale problem. It's a common problem in hard water areas, where the higher concentration of magnesium and calcium leads to limescale.
- Please follow up the instruction of Descaling to descale.

Why my unit always turn on the Hold mode | - Please check if you turn ON the Always Hold Temperature mode.
- Turn it OFF per the instruction if needed (See "Turn On/Off Always Hold Temperature")

Why my unit no beep alarm suddenly | - Please check if you turn OFF the beep alarm accidentally.
- Turn if ON if needed (See "Turn On/Off the Beep Sound")
|
E1 code appears on the display | - You turn on the kettle without water in it.
- Please take the kettle away the base and allow it to cool down to reset
|
E2 code appears on the display | - The kettle has the temperature sensor problem. Please contact Fabuletta Service Team.

When using your kettle, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Read all instructions before using.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handle.
- Do not immerse cord, plug, kettle or base in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when this kettle is used by or near children.
- Place the kettle on a dry, flat, stable surface.
- Do not place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stovetops, microwave oven, heated oven, radiators, etc.
- Do not use the kettle if it is malfunctioning, or if any part, including the base, cord, or plug, is damaged in any way. Do not try to repair the kettle. Contact Consumer Support.

Using accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury. - Do not use outdoors.
- Do not use the kettle for other than intended use.
- Unplug the kettle when it is not being used and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not fill above the MAX water level. If the Kettle is over-filled, there is a risk that boiling water may be ejected.
- To avoid scalding, always make sure the lid is securely closed while the kettle is operating. Do not cover the spout or the openings on the lid while the kettle is in use.
- To disconnect, use the On/Off Switch o turn the kettle off, then remove the plug from the wall outlet.

Notes On The Cord
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
- If a long extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least as great as the electrical rating of the kettle.
- The extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
Electric Power
- Before plugging the kettle into the wall outlet, check that the electrical circuit is not overloaded with other appliances.
- If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your kettle may not operate properly. Operate it on a separate electrical circuit.
Anti-scald
- The body of kettle and the metal decorative ring of handle become hot during heating, please use the handle for lifting, carrying and pouring kettle. [See Figure 1]

- When pouring hot water, tilt the kettle slowly to control the flow of pouring. Pouring too quickly could result in water coming out of the lid and cause scald occurred.
- Pour all hot water from the kettle before opening the lid to refill.
