1. Algemene informatie Voor het in gebruik nemen van deze machine dient men eerst de gebruiksaanwijzing volledig te lezen en te begrijpen!!! Deze handleiding bevat belangrijke informatie voor de juiste manier van het installeren, de werking en het onderhouden van de uitrusting die hierin beschreven is. Bij het gebruik van elke band- schijfschuurmachine komen verschillende risico’s op verwondingen of eigendomsschade kijken. -

Basis veiligheidsvoorschriften werken met machines 1. Zorg er voor dat u deze handleiding begrijpt voor u de machine gaat gebruiken, het niet opvolgen van deze instructie kan leiden tot ernstig lichamelijk letsel, materiële schade en/of schade aan de machine. 2. Zorg ervoor dat U alle waarschuwingen in deze handleiding en de waarschuwingen die op de machine staan, hebt gelezen en begrepen. - Page 7 17. Gebruik alleen door de fabrikant voorgeschreven accessoires en bevestigingen, het gebruik van andere accessoires/bevestigingen kan schade aan de machine en/of lichamelijk letsel veroorzaken. 18. 35. Schakel de machine uit alvorens u deze gaat reinigen of wanneer men onderhoud gaat plegen aan de machine. Gebruik een borstel of perslucht om stof, spanen, snippers en vuil te verwijderen, niet uw handen. 36. Ga niet op de machine staan. Wanneer deze omvalt, kan er ernstig letsel optreden. 37. -

Assemblage Beschrijving Schuurschijf Beschermkap schijf Achterstop Schuurband Aan/Uit knop Standaard Tafelsteun Verstekgeleider Werktafel Transport en opslag Transporteren van materiaal Bij het laden/lossen of vervoeren van de apparatuur op de werkplek, dient u gebruik te maken van geschikte transport- en hijsmiddelen (bijv. kraan/heftruck, vrachtwagen). -

Installatie Vereisten werkplek Voor installatie dient men er zeker van te zijn dat de werkplek voldoet aan de volgende eisen: De werkplek ligt niet hoger dan 1000m boven zeeniveau. De gemiddelde temperatuur op de werkplek ligt tussen de +5°C en +40°C. De relatieve luchtvochtigheid op de werkplek is niet hoger dan 50% bij een maximale temperatuur van +40°C, bij een lagere... -

4. Monteer de achterstop (E) op de machine (D) met de meegeleverde bouten, moeren en ringen. 5. Om de werktafel op de machine te monteren, dient men eerst de vleugelmoer (G) los te draaien en de tafel van de staaf (F) te halen. Zet nu de staaf vast in de machine, let hierbij op dat het vlakke gedeelte van de stang richting de borgbouten (I) dient te wijzen. -

2. Na het rechtop zetten van de schuurband dient men de werktafel te verplaatsen naar de zijkant van de machine zodat deze onder de rechtopstaande schuurband komt, zet deze weer goed vast na het verplaatsen. Het schuren van uiteindes met de schijf Het schuren van smallere uiteindes kan men beter doen op de schuurschijf (fig.10). De smalle pijl in het midden geeft het midden van de schuurschijf aan. WAARSCHUWING! De schijf draait linksom, schuur daarom alleen aan de linkerkant (naar onder lopend) van de schijf. -

21. In case a defect occurs during startup of the machine or during use, the operator must stop the machine and report the defect to the workshop manager or supervisor. 22. When the machine is not being used, it should be switched off. 23. -

8. Avoid awkward operations and hand positions where a sudden slip could cause a hand to contact the sanding surface. 9. Never wear gloves or hold the workpiece with a rag when sanding. 10. Never start the machine with the workpiece against the sanding surface. 11. -

Unpacking After delivery, check the package for damage resulting from storage and transportation. Check if the contents of the package is complete referring to the parts list and drawing. In case the contents are damaged during transportation, the customer immediately has to inform the transportation company. -

4. Mount the backstop (E) to the machine (D) with the supplied bolt and ring. 5. To mount the work table to the machine, first loosen the wing nut (G) and remove the table from the bar (F). Now place the bar in the machine, make sure the flat part faces the set screws (I) Now tighten the set screw. -

End sanding with the disc When sanding the ends of narrow work pieces it is more convenient to use the sanding disc (fig.10). The fine arrow in the middle shows the middle of the disc. WARNING! The disc turns counterclockwise, only sand on the left side (downward side) of the disc. -
