Auto Iris Lens Connector
Supplies power and DC control signals to an
auto iris lens (not supplied).

Flange-back Adjusting Ring
This ring adjusts the back-focai distance or
picture focus.

7) Camera Mounting Adapter
There is a hole for mounting the camera onto
a mounting bracket. The camera Is originally
designed to be mounted from the bottom, but
a top-mounting type is also available. To
mount from the top, remove the mount
adapter from the bottom of the camera by
removing two fixing screws. Attach the mount
adapter to the top as shown in the diagram,
then mount the camera on the mounting
bracket. Make sure that two original screws
are used when mounting the mount adapter;
longer type screws may damage inner com¬
ponents.
(D Video Output Jack (VIDEO OUT)
Connect this jack (<i)2.5 mm mini jack) with the
control monitor to adjust or confirm settings
such as the pan angle or focus.

Control Selector (ALC, ELC)
Select the mode according to the lens type
that is used with this camera.
ALC: Select this mode when an auto iris lens
(ALC lens) is used with this camera.
ELC: Select this mode when a fixed iris lens
or manual iris lens is used with this cam-

Detail/Aperture Level Selector
(SOFT, SHARP)
The detail/aperture level can be selected with
this selector. Set it to the desired position
white observing the picture on the monitor.
SHARP: Normal position.
SOFT: Select this position when a Quad
System is connected to this camera.

Back Light Compensation Mode Selector
(BLC ON, OFF)
Select the mode according to the position of
the object and light conditions.
ON: Select this mode when a strong light
such as a spotlight is in the background.
OFF: Normal picture.
® Microphone ON/OFF Selector
(MIC ON, OFF)
Select on or off according to need.

Lights when power is supplied.

Microphone Volume Control (VOLUME)
Adjust to prevent the howling.
This control is preset in the Center position at
the factory.
PROCEDURE D'INSTALLATION
La potence de fixation peut §tre montre indif-
f^remment sur le couvercle sup^rieur ou le cou-
vercle inf6rieur de la camera vid^o de surveil¬
lance.
Lorsque la potence de fixation est montre sur le
couvercle sup6rieur de la camera video de
surveillance, retirer I'^ldment interm^diaire de
fixation de la camera vid6o mont6 ^ I'origine sur le
couvercle inf^rieur de la camera vid§o, puis le
fixer sur le couvercle sup^rieur de la camera
vid^o.
1. Installer la potence de fixation sur un mur ou
au plafond 6 I'aide de deux vis de fixation
se procurer localement).
2. Introduire les vis de fixation de camera vid6o
de la tSte de balayage panoramique dans
r^ldment interm^diaire de fixation de camera
vid6o et bloquer fermement la t§te de bala¬
yage panoramique.
3. Relier la camera vid6o de surveillance et 'le
moniteur vid6o ^ Taide du cSbIe coaxial se
procurer localement).
