Description
The Alemlube Automotive AA48020 Battery Operated Wheel Lift makes light work of lifting and guiding a heavy wheel
& tyre from the workshop floor into position on the vehicle being serviced. An absolute must in addressing workplace
health & safety concerns, the AA48020 24V Battery Operated Wheel Lift can potentially operate 150-200 times
from a fully charged battery.
Housing a long life DC motor, the AA48020 has been manufactured with a light weight aluminium alloy body allowing
ease of mobility utilising its ergonomic handle and multi-directional 4" rear wheels along with universal front locking
wheels facilitate accurate positioning and stability. The wheel bracket complete with safety hook and angle adjustment
that moves up and down the primary shaft ensure safe & secure wheel handling and the AA48020 control panel
with emergency stop button provides the user with total control.

Turn on the power switch, the running indicator on the control panel flashes and the lifter starts to work. 2. Lifting the wheel Put the wheel on the front fork of the lifter and secure it. Hold on the button ( until it reaches the required position.

Alemlube’s service personnel are specially trained and are able to perform all maintenance and repair of the equipment. 3. Clean operation Do not clean the lifter with flammable liquid.

Shaking the fork with hand, if the space is more than 5mm, it needs to be replaced (Normally there is no space) Check the battery once every 3 months for leakage and appearance expansion.
