IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION / INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD
• Unit must be placed on a level surface or leveled.
• Do not sit or stand on or allow children to climb, sit or stand on the assembled product.
• For safety reasons, it is imperative that this unit be mounted on the wall or floor. Mounting hardware not included.
Consult with your local hardware dealer to find suitable hardware for securing to your floor or wall.
• Unit can tip over causing severe injury or death.
• Maximum weight capacity per shelf is 2,000 lbs. (907.1 kg) when weight is evenly distributed; or 6,000 lbs.
(2721.5 kg) total unit capacity, evenly distributed.
• Do not exceed the recommended weight limits.
• Evenly distribute the weight on each level and always keep the heavier loads on the bottom.
• Contains small parts, keep children away during installation.
• Use two or more people to assemble and move the unit to avoid injury.
• Use care when working with metal parts, wear gloves for protection.
• Do not use this unit to store aquariums.
• Do not use this unit for anything other than the manufacturer's intended purpose.
• Periodically inspect the unit to ensure beams are properly secured to the frame.
• Keep this manual for future reference.

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
If, during normal use, this PERFORMAX™ product breaks or fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within two years
from the date of original purchase, simply bring this product with the original sales receipt back to your nearest Menards®
retail store. At its discretion, PERFORMAX™ agrees to have the product or any defective part(s) repaired or replaced with the
same or similar PERFORMAX™ product or part free of charge, within the stated warranty period, when returned by the original
purchaser with original sales receipt. This warranty; (1) excludes expendable parts; (2) shall be void if this product is used for
commercial and/or rental purposes; and (3) does not cover any losses, injuries to persons/property or costs. This warranty
does give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
