ENCLOSED STRUCTURE. • Do not plug in or turn on this appliance unless and until it is attached properly to a GMG Ledge Prime 2.0 or GMG Peak Prime 2.0 pellet grill. See page 7 instructions on how to install it on the grill. - Page 3 Device (RCD) of no more than 30mA AND is wired to a GFI-protected circuit into which the SideBURN™ is plugged. • Regularly examine the electrical cord for damage and discontinue use of the SideBURN™ if the cord is damaged. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

LOCKING PINS INSTALL SideBURN™ Line up the pins on the side of the SideBURN™ with the hollow cylinders on the side of the grill. Slide in as far as it will go. IMPORTANT All FOUR locking pins MUST BE INSTALLED to lock the unit in place. -

IMPORTANT Grease tray must be locked in place, grate must be installed, and cover removed before operating SideBURN™. The grate may be installed with either side up. The flat side is for heating pots and pans, while the grated side is for searing steaks. -
Page 10: Cleaning & Maintenance
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE It is NOT SAFE to clean any part of the SideBURN™ while it is still hot. You MUST power down the unit and UNPLUG IT from its electrical supply before you clean it or otherwise touch it. If you do not know if the unit is cold, use a temperature reading device such as a probe to determine if the unit is cold. -

During the warranty period, GMG Products, LLC (dba Green Mountain Grills) will replace or repair, at its sole option, any defective SideBURN™ returned to us, or to one of our dealers, by its original purchaser.
