3.4 Optimizer Offline

3.4.1 Inverter Alarm 2080-12

Symptom: The PV string impedance is abnormal. (If all optimizers are connected in reverse
polarity, the forward impedance R1 of the PV string is less than the backward impedance
R2. If some optimizers are connected in reverse polarity, the forward impedance R1 of the
PV string is similar to the backward impedance R2.) During optimizer search, the inverter
reports an "Abnormal PV module configuration" alarm or optimizers report an "Abnormal
output voltage" alarm.
