    1) Do wear helmet,face cover and eyeglasses, gloves when driving 2) When driving the exhaust pipe will become very hot, riders must wear boots to avoid being burned. 3) Driver and rider do not wear large clothes to avoid being wounded on the footrest,wheels. When wresting throttle hard , be attention specially , should not let the speedometer to touch the red line area . redline area indicate engine already reach the max running speed . running at this speed , it will shorten the engine’s life span .

    Fuel and lubricating oil Fuel tank and lubricating oil Fuel tank cover opening ways: 1, opening the dustproof cover of the fuel tank (1) 2, insert the ignition switch key (2) 3,turn the key clockwise 4,the fuel tank cover will open automatically When need to close , press it The capacity of the fuel tank is 12 L The application fuel should conform to P or E5.
  • Page 16 Fuel pump Fuel pump under the fuel tank tail part , pump the fuel from the fuel tank , going through fuel filter , reach fuel spray nozzle; one side of the fuel pump connect high pressure fuel pipecross connector when installconnect high pressure oil pipe with the fuel pump.

    Engine running-in New vehicle need running-in , it can ensure the vehicle normal running in the future The mileage of running-in is 1000km. because the engine is new , the initial 1000km running-in is very important to the engine’s performance and life span . during the running-in time , avoid the throttle full open, strictly control the engine’s speed , the max rotating speed should not exceed 6500rpm (refer to engine speedometer) 1.

    Air filter’s cleaning and assembling After driving 1000km,the air filter must be cleaned at least 1 time.If your vehicle drive to dusty area,you should clean the air filter.This model of air filter is foam filter element. 1.First to remove the right side cover, then remove the 4 fastening screws of air filter’s upper cover.

  • Page 27 Drive chain check,adjustment and lubrication Drive chain check,adjustment Check the tension of the drive chain as follows;If the chain is short of oil,you should add libricant: 1.Move the chain up and down by hand to allow the movement range of about 10~20mm. 2.Check the chain’s smooth when turn rear wheel,if not smooth, then with lubrication.

    2.Clean the chain with wash oil,remove all dirty and dry it. 3.After the chain lubricated,then instakk the chain into the sprocker wheel, and install the chain lock clamp correctly. 4. adjust chain tension and status of rear brake, then set up chain box and left back cover back in the right location. Note: when install chain clamp, make sure the directing of opening is opposite the normal direction of movenment of the chain.

    Brake fluid 1.Front and rear hydraulic brake ①used brake fluid brand is 4604 NON- petroleum base brake oil,DOT3 or DOT4,do not use other nmixde types of brake oil.Such as silicon-based or petroleum-based brake oil,etc.,otherwise it will seriously damage the braking system. 2.Never use brake fluid that has been voided or stored in open containers,and never use brake fluids that were left in the last maintenance or that were stored for a long period of time,because these brake fluids...

    Battery’s maintenance The battery is located on the front left side of the seat cushion,we can see it by removing the left side cover.
