 Only use citric or tartaric acid for descaling. Other descaling products could attack the

water ducts.

 Dissolve 2 teaspoons of product in half a litre of water and pour the solution into the water

tank.

 Start the appliance and let the descaling solution boil for 10 minutes in the open water

tank. Then put the lid in place and insert the jug with the filter holder and lid. Let the solution

filter as when making coffee, but without filter paper.

 According to the extent of the limescale deposits, repeat the operation 2 or 3 times with

the same, still hot solution. Then run through 2 jugfuls of clear water to rinse the machine.

 The guarantee does not cover coffee makers that do not work properly or do not work at

all because they have not been descaled.
