Banana-kiwi smoothie

1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
400 ml orange juice
½ tbs honey
Cut the banana and the kiwi into small
pieces, put them into the jar together with
the other ingredients and activate the
appliance to prepare the smoothie.

65 g celery
65 g cucumber
25 g ruccola (arugula)
35 g tomato
100 g banana
55 g pineapple
40 g yoghurt
1 tbs olive oil
10 g linseed
1 tbs honey
80 ml water
