NOTE: Tighten all screws. Flat surface must face down Step 4 Install two Leg Feet (11) to Right Front Leg (12) and Right Back Leg (13).
- Page 8 Assembly Procedure Step 5 A: Insert the Axle (7) into Left Front (4) & Back Leg (2). B: Put the Wheel Spacer (E) to each side of axle. C: Put Wheel (8) through axle front on both sides, then use two “R”Pin (D) to fix the wheels. D: Install two Wheel Cap (9) to each wheel.
- Page 9 Assembly Procedure Step 7 Put four "S" Hooks (3) at the bottom of Condiment Rack (1). Step 8 Install Paper Tower Rack Base (5) to left side of Mid-Shelf (16), use two Screw M6 x 15 (A).
