After pressing the SOS button (located on the back of the phone -
the icon in the shape of a "heart"), the SOS function will be
launched. The phone will activate the alarm and automatically call
the predefined contacts emergency (ICE contacts) one by one.
There will be three attempts to call each defined contact. The phone
will start trying to connect to the next emergency contact, after it
has failed to connect with the previous one within 25 seconds.
When no SOS call is answered by the defined ICE contacts, the
SOS icon will appear on the phone screen and the MM735 will start
automatically sending an SMS with the location every 3 minutes to
all ICE contacts. In addition, the MM735 phone will display what the
owner is suffering from and it will remain in the emergency state for
one hour (i.e. each incoming call will be automatically answered in
the hands-free mode). After the hour has elapsed, the SOS icon will
disappear from the phone screen and the sending of the location
SMS will be completed.
If one of the emergency numbers answers the call, the phone will
activate the hands-free mode and complete the SOS procedure.
