1. Introduction The Smart Lock wireless I/F unit(Z-Wave/BLE) is device that can remotely lock / unlock and check status the smart lock made by MIWA-LOCK. This product is connected to the smart lock via Bluetooth low energy (BLE). This product can be operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers.

4. Settings After installing this I/F unit, be sure to update the firmware. 4.1. Connecting power source Insert the plug of the supplied AC adapter to the DC Input as far as will go. Connect the AC adapter into an electrical outlet. (The power supply is AC 100V). Two lamps will blink red intermittently.

4.4. Inclusion For inclusion to Z-Wave network, first set your designated Z-Wave Gateway in inclusion mode. This product supports Z-Wave SmartStart. If the Z-Wave Gateway also supports it, you can install easily by using the QR code on the back of the I/F unit. Use the following method to start searching for Z-Wave gateway.

Period of invalid PIN entries: This parameter is set the time of Mischief-prevention state in smart lock. Mischief- prevention means an operation of card / PIN pad is invalid if set number of counts is over. The value indicates the time it takes for Mischief-prevention state to be released. This default setting is different by connected lock unit.
