    Using a 1/4-cup measure/ladle, pour batter for six pancakes onto the preheated Griddle. Cook for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes over, using a heatproof nonstick spatula. Cook on the other side until golden brown and fluffy, about 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
