General instruction
1.You must read these instructions carefully before you start to assemble this greenhouse.
2. It is a multi-part assembly, some assembly steps require two people and it takes 2-3 days
for assembly.
3. Choose a sunny, flat place without overhanging trees.
4. To start assembly, arrange the parts in numerical order next to the assembly site.
5. Keep small parts (screws, etc.) in the boxes and bags so they don't get lost.
6. For assembly you need tools at least an electric screwdriver/drill and a measuring tape.
7. Each part is numbered, and the corresponding number can be found in the assembly
instructions.
8. Tighten the screws to their full tightness only when you are sure that the assembly step is
correctly made.
9. Transparent concave and convex PC panels are used for walls and dim hollow 4mm PC
panels are used for roof.
10. Remove the protective films both sides of the wall and roof polycarbonate panels before
installing them in place.
11. For wall panel, Convex is with UV protection, should towards the sun. For roof panel,
white protective film on the 4,0mm roof panels indicates the UV protected side of the
panel, should towards the sun. Tip! After removing the protective plastic, of the roof panels
you can make a small mark on the UV-protectedside with a marker so that the UV-protected
side does not get mixed up when you install the roof panel in place.
Green protective film on the
0,7 mm wall panels indicates
the UV protected side of the panel.
12. Handle the polycarbonate wall and roof panels with special care so that they do not get
scratched during the assembly .
Transparent protective film on
the 0,7 mm wall panels indicates
the UV unprotected side of the panel.
White protective film on the 4,0 mm
roof panels indicates the UV protected
side of the panel.
