Using the 8 mm deck and VHS deck at
the same time
Using one deck while the other is playing back a tape
1. Press Video8 or VHS to select the deck that is not in use.
2 Use the selected deck.
Using one deck while the other is recording
1 Press Video8 or VHS to select the deck that is not in the recording
mode.
2 Use the selected deck.
Using one deck while the other is standing by for
timer recording or proceeding timer recording
1 Press Video8 or VHS to select the deck that is not in pise.
2 Use the selected deck.
While one deck is standing by for timer recording or proceeding timer
recording, the other deck can only play back a recorded tape and record the
line input source.
Note
You cannot record two TV programmes at the same time, or use both decks at the
same time to record one line input source.
