Operating conditions

ƒ The CHINOOK blower must be fastened at the foot (7) with four M8 bolts. The blower can be installed horizontally
or vertically.
ƒ Protect the blower from mechanical vibrations and shocks.
Important:
ƒ The blower must not be operated with closed intake or exhaust ports. Throttling of the air volume in the blower
results in compression heating of the blower and air hose. Use only temperature-resistant hoses or metal hoses.
Attach the hoses to the connecting flanges using spring U-clamps.
ƒ The blower must be operated via a motor protection breaker. The nominal current must not be exceeded
(see type plate).
