"OVERFLOW ERROR ALARM
The purpose of the overflow error alarm is to alert the operator that the digit capacity
of the register has been exceeded.
The audible alarm sounds (beep) is accompanied with
the" —" symbol in the register display.
All transaction registration is dis-allowed until
the error is cleared. To clear the error press the
key.

Clear the entry and enter a valid number.

The machine will refuse any further key input at this time, so operate proper keys
successively.
