12. TROUBLESHOOTING

Electrical shock – Risk of death or serious personal injuries. Turn off the power before starting to work on the device.
Check that the power supply cannot be restored accidentally.
PROBLEM
The pump fails to start
The pump starts but fails to restart
The pump works intermittently
The pump does not stop
The device stops

- Check the electrical wiring (fig.4).
- Check the pump.
- Open the tap to discharge the pressure.
- Excessive height of the water column (fig.2/a-3).
- Loss on the system higher than the minimum flow (Around 1 lt/min).
- Close all the utilities.
- Loss on the system higher than the minimum flow (Around 1 lt/min).
- Water shortage/difficulty of suction of the pump.
- Actual pump head is insufficient (fig.3).
