Observation
The Majority MP3 Go is not
powering on.
The Majority MP3 Go will
not turn on, display is black.
Cannot play audio files uploaded.
Bluetooth external speaker/
audio output source cannot
connect.
No sound.
Buttons do not function.

Troubleshooting
Potential Cause/Solution
Check if the Majority MP3 Go is in
Standby Mode.
Check if the player is fully
charged.
Insert a pin into the reset hole 'Reset'
(Ref.13).
Check is the audio files uploaded from
computer are in supported formats.
Check if Bluetooth is activated on the
Majority MP3 Go player and, on your
device, and reconnect. Check if your
external speaker is compatible with
Bluetooth version 5.0.
Increase volume. Check if the audio files
are in supported formats.
Check if the Majority MP3 GO is locked.
Slide to the 'HOLD' button to the right to
unlock. Process a display reset by
inserting a pin into the reset hole
(Ref.13).
