the day.

Normal appointment {includes time and description}
You should use the daily schedule screen to input multipie-day appointments.
To display the daily schedule screen
1. In the Schedule Keeper Mode, dispfay the screen for the date whose schecuie
you want to view.
2. Press DISP CHNG to change to the daily schedule screen.
« Use <4 and ® to move the date cursor day-by-day, & and W to jump week-sy-
week, or £ and ¥ to jump month-by-month.
3. Press DISP CHNG to return to the Scheduie Keeper data screen.
To input multiple-day schedule data
1. Display the Schedule Keeper Mode daily schedule screen.
2. Press FUNCTION and then select "Set multi day schedule'.

4. Input the description of the appointment (page 35) and specify the schedule tyre
{page 37).
+ Note that you cannot specify start time, end time, or alarm time for multiple-cay
schedule data,
| 3. Input the starting date and the ending date, and then press ENTER.
The Reminder Mode helps you keep track of anniversaries. birthdays, and other
important events.
To enter the Reminder Mode
Press REMINDER to display the initial Reminder Mode screen.

+ Pressing REMINDER in the Calendar Mode or Schedule Keeper Mode enters
the Reminder Mode for the date selected in the Calendar Mode or Schedule
Keeper Made.
To input Reminder data
Press REMINDER to dispiay the initial Reminder Mode screen.
After moving the date cursor to the date which you want, press any letter key or
ENTER (o change to the data input screen.
Use & and W to select the alarm time type ard input an alarm: time, if necess:
« The alarm types are the same as those for the Schedule Keeper Mode. See
36 for details.
if you select a previous-day afarm (aiarm setting of -24:00}, the alarm souncs at
noon the dav before date you specified fur the Reminder Mode data item.
After setting the alarm, press ENTER to advance to icon input.
At this time the icon in the upper right of the display starts to flash,
Press < sr & to display the icon menu.
if you Go not want to change the icon, skip steps 6 and 7.
