Range: 0.055 to 0.125 F/A (gasoline)
8.0 to 18.0 AFR, 0.549 to 1.235 Lambda, 0.0 to 4.0 %O
Accuracy: 1.5%

Exhaust Operating Limits

Maximum Exhaust Gas Temperature: 950 deg. C, 1742 deg. F.
Exhaust Gas Pressure Range: 0.8 - 1.7 atm (gauge).

Sensor Installation

Thread Size: M18X1.5mm. Lightly coat with non-lead containing antiseize.
Hex Size: 22mm.
Tightening Torque: 30 ±3 ft-lbf, 40 ±4 Nm.
The UEGO sensor's thread size is identical to that of most O
vehicles.

Output Specifications and Limits

Analog Output:
• 0V at 0.125 F/A (gasoline)
• 5V at 0.055 F/A (gasoline)
• F/A = -0.014 x Vout + 0.125
• Output Impedance: 500 Ohm
• Output Connector: Female BNC, Signal = Center, Ground = Shell
Simulated O2 Sensor Output:
• Low Level: Less than 50mV at F/As lean of stoichiometric
• High Level: 950 ±50mV at F/As rich of stoichiometric
• Switch point at stoichiometric (Lambda = 1)
• Output Impedance: 110K Ohm
• Rise time (10% to 90%): 34ms
• Fall time (90% to 10%): 34ms
• Wiring: Short black wire near blue connector = Positive, Ground via instrument
