Replacing
the punch head
Unscrew
and remove
the stepper motor
and cover
A as shown
in Fig.

head
and insert
the pins accom-
paning
it (note that the pins are matched

Turn the punch
head
until

Align the reference
surfaces
of the punch pin
guide and the punch/feed
unit
using tool XVII,
as shown
in Fig.
Y.
Lock the punch
head
using lock screw

and remove

B and C on the punch

and check
that
there
is grease.

Lubrication:

grease
nipple XXI as in

pressing

all old grease
is forced
out on the

greace
and re-
place screws
B and C.
Repeat steps

E16.
Punch a bit of tape by turning
the solenoid
