This file includes some excellent voices that are not in the VL1_VER2.ALL or VL7_VER2.ALL files. Most are single-element voices, so
the VL1 voices can be used effectively on the VL7.
In all these voices the BREATH MODE is set to "BC/WX".

expressive.
