    2. PRODUCT DETAILS 2.1. DESCRIPTION The Atrio W+ smart door lock is an innovative and advanced smart door lock designed to revolutionize how you secure your home. With its futuristic technology and user-friendly unlocking features, this state-of-the-art lock ensures maximum convenience and protection for you and your loved ones.

    3. PRE-INSTALLATION - Prior to installation, the lock MUST be properly chosen based on the direction that the door will open. - The door MUST remain partially open during installation till commissioning is finished. - To prevent injuring the connection wire when installing the screw, please ALITE from the screw hole when mounting the rear panel and make sure that the connection wire does not obstruct the connection column hole.

APP SETUP - Download the “Hogar SE '' application at App Store or Google Play Store. - Enter the Register/Login interface. - Tap “Register” to create an account. - Select Country. - Enter your email ID. - Check “I agree to User Agreement & Privacy Policy” (Please review the terms and conditions).

    - To register, please follow the fingerprint, password, or proximity card registration process. If the administrator has already been registered, the system will prompt "Please authorize." Note: In case of unsuccessful administrator identification, the system will play a voice prompt saying "input error." Upon successful recognition, it will seamlessly transition into the main menu.

    Note: All operations are voice operated. 6.3. ADD USER: Enter to add an administrator, the voice will play “Please enter fingerprint, password, card”, according to the user press the finger, enter the password or swipe the card to determine whether to add a fingerprint, password or proximity card. 6.4.

    6.7. IN COMMON MODE: 6.7.1 PASSWORD UNLOCK Enter the added password, press# to confirm, password verification success voice prompt “press the handle to open the door”. Press down the handle to unlock. Note: You can add any dummy password before or after the user password, and the length including the dummy password should not exceed 30 digits, which comletely eliminates the risk of password leakage.

  • Page 19 6.8.2 USB EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY When the battery is exhausted and there is no key, you can connect an external power bank or 5V1A power supply for emergency, and open the door according to the normal operation steps. Please replace the battery in time after the emergency unlock.
  • Page 20 6.8.4 INSIDE LOCK: Unlock the inner body anti-peep hole by pressing the designated button. 6.8.5 DOOR INSIDE THE SAFETY KNOB Rotate the button to activate or deactivate the function, ensuring the prevention of accidental unlocking by children or pets. In this state, the door cannot be opened conventionally from the outside and requires unlocking from the inside.

    6.9 BATTERY LEVEL DETECTION: When the battery voltage ranges between 4.5V and 4.8V, it is recognized normally, accompanied by a voice prompt before each unlocking attempt stating "Low Battery, Please Replace." If the battery drops below 4.5V, the touch keypad, when awakened, will produce 5 beeps, and the door will remain locked without unlocking.
