Information Equipment Introduction The diagnostic x-ray system PORT-X IV is a device for photographing the teeth and bones, etc. of patients for accurate diagnosis. It is designed to realize high quality images and reduce unnecessary radiation exposure, and is a portable device.

Breakdown was caused by a natural disaster such as earthquake, fire, lightning, etc. Breakdown due to improper transportation of equipment or careless use. Breakdown was caused by repair or modification by someone other than Genoray Co., Ltd. or designated service personnel.
If any abnormality is found or if the battery needs to be replaced, consult the distributor or manufacturer. Only use the adaptor and battery supplied by Genoray Co., Ltd. Charge the device at a safe place at room temperature.

When taking exposures, the x-ray room of the floor, wall material and radiation protection must be strengthened. When taking exposures, operators and service personnel must protect themselves from radiation.

The inside of the X-ray tube adopted a lead shielding and an aluminum filter. The cone is used to minimize the X-ray exposure to the operator and the patient by adjusting the distance between the equipment and the patient.

2. Composition of PORT-X IV Image Description [Oral sensor USB connector] A USB connector that connects the oral sensor. You can only use the oral sensor provided by our company. Furthermore, the oral sensor needs to be permitted with 5 V.d.c provided by our company.

4. Precautions after Use Precautions after Use Regular Inspection It is recommended that this equipment is inspected by the service center at least once a year. This equipment is subject to equipment inspection and defense inspections once every three years by the inspection agency of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in accordance with the regulations on radiation safety control.

Appendix4. Maintenance A.4.2 Dose Confirm The PORT-X IV's X-ray generating is factory calibrated and tested. The following checks are to be performed by a qualified technician. The test items measure the X-ray tube voltage/current, radiation time and dose and can diagnose the condition of the equipment with the measured results.
