SEATING AND SAFETY
RESTRAINTS
max. 30°
Sitting in the correct position
Sit in an upright position with
the base of your spine as far
back as possible and with the
seat back reclined no more
than 30°.
Adjust the head restraints so
that the top is level with the
top of your head.
Do not move the front seat too
close to the instrument panel.
The driver should hold the
steering wheel in the 10 to 2
"O" CLOCK position with arms
slightly bent. The legs should
also be slightly bent so that
the pedals can be pressed
fully to the floor.

Seating and Safety Restraints

The seat belt should cross the
centre of the shoulder; the lap
strap should fit tightly across
the hips, not the stomach.
Do not adjust the seats while
the vehicle is moving.
Moving the seats forwards or
backwards
Pull the lever. Move the seat to the
required location and release the
lever. Rock the seat to engage the
catch.
