Note: The shipping containers used to build iESS systems in are not always supplied by the exact same manufacturer.
Actual container dimensions may therefore differ slightly from the above specified values from time to time.
2.2.2 Access control (core)
Single container iESS systems each have two access points. The DC section is accessed through a single standard
size door (fitted during production) on one end, while the AC section is accessed through the container's original
double doors at the opposite end of the container. Both doors are internally fitted with electromechanical locks.
Access point: DC section
The access control systems integrated in all deployed iESS containers are pre-configured to continuously minimise
vulnerabilities by which unauthorised system access might be gained.

All container access points are locked with internally fitted electromechanical locks.
•
Lock disengagement requires entering the correct access code on the container's keypad (normally installed to
the immediate left of the DC section's door).
